American pioneers traversed rivers, mountains, and open plains to build new lives on the western frontier. Today's genealogists are exploring a new kind of frontier—technology. Join family historian Deborah Wesley as she shares her experiences using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for genealogy. In this session, Wesley will tell how she has used AI to assist her with research, photo organization, transcription, and storytelling. Whether you are curious, cautious, or already experimenting, come join the adventure! Wesley is a proud eighth-generation Hoosier, whose McCord and Julian ancestors settled in Clinton County, Indiana in 1879. Blending her background in technology with a passion for sharing the past, she creatively preserves family photos, ephemera, documents, and stories to inspire future generations. This Clinton County Genealogical Society meeting will be held in the Library’s lower level meeting room.
